| Lacking of time and motivation to do revision, I skipped reading today and spent a whole afternoon shopping with my Vietnamese friend Trang and her colleague ard TST.
Didn't go out for quite awhile, let alone spending a few hours in brand shops. :)
Trang was actually my exchange buddy in Canada, and it's her volunteer to connect me and Maud, and Sam in the end. hehe...So even though I wanted to study (wanted solely.), I was willing to give a hand as an incompetent brand shop guide which I just kept phoning to phone directory to ask where the nearest shop is. It's really a long time we didn't see each other, probably one year. And every time when I see/talk to her, I feel like being in Canada, w/o any worries but just spending time in West Ed Mall. lol
And i'm pretty happy to get some updates from her. I adore her job so much:
developing financial products in a leading Vietnamese fund investment company
13-month basis salary+avg 12-month bonus (last year figure)
yearly bonus trip for all employees for free(she just joined 2months so the company subsidized her for half)
-this year they came to hk, macau and shenzhen for 4 days, with USD500/head for pocket money
for whatever reason, they got some extra money for a public holiday. (!!)
Compared to mine, it's freaking cool.

| hi! didn't update here for a really long period.
I'm fine, am just leading a plain life. After every boring working days, i either go to class or teach which spice up my day. Yet, I didn't start doing revision. a curse...
I had a vacation in France and Italy, specifically Venice, for 10 days in Feb. Currently I'm in Hong Kong.

Sam is coming to HK for exchange in Fall sem in 2009.

and I am selected as a volunteer to serve in the 2008 Olympic Equestrain Events in HK. I am assigned to the Accommodation team, which was my 1st choice. **hotel, or dorm..not sure. But I will turn it down cuz I really can't squeeze any time. feel pity about that, but i guess it won't be the only chance. :)

| Happy Chinese New Year, everybody!
我擺完年宵喇! i must say, it's really tiring and most likely i won't do it next year. Yet, it's a memorable experience. Market leads.
